Panic Attacks Causes & Symptoms – Discover What They Are And How To Fight Them

What causes panic attacks? Many different triggers can cause panic & anxiety. You may not even be aware of what they are.

When my wife was driving, a certain junction was her trigger. That particular junction, if she came anywhere near it she would get struck by an attack. Rapid heart beat and shortness of breath within seconds.

Your panic attacks may be caused by something you don’t yet know. But I’m willing to bet it’s the same underlying thing. Could be a job interview, or any type of official interview.

You can quickly teach yourself these techniques. When you sense an attack on the rise, you quickly start doing the exercises. It may not work perfectly the first time but practise does make perfect.

So going back to where I mention triggers and testing. You can test your growing confidence using these techniques by using your trigger to almost cause a panic attack. As your skills get stronger you can easily kill the attacks when they start.
