Exercise is a key tip to build muscle.  For the best way to gain muscle mass, it is critical to know why the muscles will get bigger.  Your muscles will only gain in size after they have been torn.  After your muscles have been torn, your body initiates the rebuilding process to fix the broken muscle tissue.  When your muscle tissue begins the repair process, it will add bigger, stronger muscle fibers so that your muscles will be able to better handle the workload next time they are needed.
